Saigon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation was established according to Business Registration Certificate No 020300245 issued the first time on July 20^th, 2006 by Planning and Investment Department of Hai Phong City and the second amendment on June 24^th, 2009 with charter capital of VND200 billion. The main activities of company is set up to lease land with modern and synchronous infrastructure, lease and buy factory and office, business industrial park services and urban area. Registration address is on Trang Due Industrial Park, Le Loi Commune, An Duong District, Hai Phong City. Kinhbac City Development Holding Corporation hold 90% charter capital of its company on December 31^st, 2010.

Trang Due Industrial Park is the big and leading important Industrial Park of Hai Phong City. Trang Due Industrial Park has the toatal area of 600ha  and developed in the model of modern architectural complex consisting of Industrial Park, Area Urban, Entertainment and Service zone.

Though Trang Due Industrial Park has been gone into operation, Trang Due Industrial Park has gained significantly achivement. Nearly 20 projects was authorized and went into operation, attracting many Japan, United Kingdom, Taiwan investors
