Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation was established according to Business Registration Certificate No 0303097752 issued by Planning and Investment Department of Ho Chi Minh City and the fifth amendment of Business Registration Certificate on July 15^th, 2009 with charter capital of VND 300 billion. The main activities of company is set up to lease land with modern and synchronous infrastructure, lease and buy factory and office, business industrial park services and urban area. Head office is in Tram Bom District, 22 Highway, Tan Phu Trung Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City. Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation hold 60.52% charter capital of its company on December 31^st, 2010.

Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation is investor in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park in Ho Chi Minh City. Industrial Park was established accordance with Decision No. 961/CP-CN on Jule 23th, 2004 of Prime Minister with total area of 542ha in Cu Chi District in the Northwest of Ho Chi Minh City.
