On 1^st June, Forbes Vietnam announced a list of "Top 50 best listed companies" on Vietnam's stock market in 2020. The evaluation of Forbes Vietnam is based on objective criteria such as the development, growth rate, sustainability and transparency of the business. This is the second time in a row that KBC is listed in “Top 50 best listed companies in Vietnam”.

Since its establishment on March 27th, 2002, KBC has always been one of the most successful private company and played an important role in attracting FDI enterprises to Vietnam. Most tenants of KBC's industrial parks (IPs) are foreign high-tech enterprises. Each IP has attracted large corporations such as Canon, Foxconn, LG, JA Solar, Luxshare - ICT, Goertek, etc with large-scale investment. The IPs are developed under modern standards, operate stably, benefit not only for KBC and the investors but also greatly contribute to the country development.

Up to now, KBC has successfully built an industrial park model to attract the high-tech investors and reduce environmental pollution. KBC has become one of the leading enterprises in developing industrial parks in Vietnam and contributed significantly to the process of building Vietnam in the renovation period. Throughout the development, KBC has promoted the movement of local socio-economic restructure, created thousands of jobs, boosted the need to develop supporting services and contributed trillions of dong to the State Budget.

Top 50 this year marks the rise of defensive stocks or the stocks which are less directly affected by the pandemic. The awarded companies are the companies with a solid foundation, having not only good business results in 2019 but also great growth potential in the context of Vietnam's economy facing the most challenges in the past 10 years.
