After the consecutive successes of recent investment promotion programs and events, in the afternoon of April 4, 2023, in Bac Ninh city, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) and Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Authority held an Investment Promotion Conference with Taiwanese electronics enterprises. The conference was attended by: Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee and leaders of provincial departments; Foreign Investment Department – Ministry of Planning & Investment; Leaders of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation; Leade representatives of some Taiwanese enterprises that have successfully invested in Bac Ninh and nearly 50 electronics enterprises from the Taiwan Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (TEEMA).

Continuing the success of the Investment Promotion Seminar of Chinese Electronics Associations held on March 28, 2023 in Bac Ninh province, in which KBC co-organized and with the participation of leaders of Bac Ninh province, and nearly 100 investors from China Electronic Associations. In the morning of April 12, 2023, at the headquarters of KBC - Que Vo Industrial Park, Bac Ninh, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) chaired and organized a seminar on investment connection in the Chinese electronics (telephone) industries. The seminar had the participation of KBC's Board of Directors, member companies, guests and 120 Chinese electronics manufacturing investors.

On the afternoon of March 28^th, at Bac Ninh, Industrial Zones Authority of Bac Ninh together with Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation organized the conference on investment promotion of Chinese electronics industry. The conference had the participation of: Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang – Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Chairwoman of People’s Committee; and leaders of local agencies; media of Bac Ninh Province, the leaders of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation, and Presidents and CEOs of nearly 100 Chinese enterprises.

This morning (March 10, 2023), at the National Convention Center - Hanoi, Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine (Reatimes) in collaboration with the Vietnam Institute of Real Estate Research (VIRES) organized the 3^rd Annual Spring Real Estate Forum time and An Honoring Ceremony of Leading Real Estate Brands in 2022 - 2023. KBC was honored to be in the TOP 10 best Industrial Real Estate Developers in 2022.

On February 15, 2023, at the Office of People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province, the MOU signing ceremony on the sub-lease of 62.7 hectares at Nam Son Hap Linh Industrial Park took place between Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) and Goertek Corporation. Attending the signing ceremony, there were: Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang - Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province; Mr. Dao Quang Khai – the member of Standing Committee, Vice Chairman People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province; Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province; leaders of departments and boards of the province, Bac Ninh city, Tien Du district; leaders of Bac Ninh's Industrial Zones Authority; and senior leaders of KBC and Goertek Corporation.

On the morning of January 2, 2023, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province held a ceremony to award the investment registration certificate for the "Fulian Precision Technology Factory" project of Ingrasys (Singapore) Pte. Ltd to implement its project in Quang Chau Industrial Park, Bac Giang province. This is the first investment project licensed in 2023 of Bac Giang province - the beginning of a new promising and successful year.
