In the morning of April 3rd 2022, Hai Duong People's Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of East - West trunk road project and 2 intersections of Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway with provincial roads 390 and 392. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Mr. Pham Xuan Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien, Former Member of the Party Central Committee, Former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Leaders from some Central Party building Committees; Comrades of Member of the Standing Provincial Party Committee; leaders of a number of Departments, Boards of Thanh Mien, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky, Binh Giang, and Thanh Ha - Hai Duong province. On behalf of KBC, there were Chairman Dang Thanh Tam and some leaders of the Corporation.

In the afternoon of March 18th, 2022, at the headquarter of KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC), Que Vo Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province, KBC's Board of Directors (BOD) honored to welcome Hau Giang province’s delegation to acquire knowledge from our experience. The delegation of Hau Giang province, led by Mr. Dong Van Thanh - Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hau Giang province, along with leaders of departments and boards of Hau Giang province, visited and worked at KBC. On the side of the leaders of Bac Ninh province were Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate member of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s Central Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee and other leaders of Departments and Boards of the province.

In the morning of March 8th, 2022 in Hanoi, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the American Chamber of Commerce in Hanoi (AmCham) and the U.S Chamber of Commerce in Washington (US Chamber) co-hosted the event: Vietnam - US Business Summit with the theme: "Reshaping the bilateral economic relationship" with the participation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. Mr. Dang Thanh Tam was honored to be one of the speakers at the Conference.

Ngày 3/3/2022, Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Bắc Ninh tổ chức lễ trao Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư cho Công ty TNHH Khoa học kỹ thuật Goertek Vina. Đây là dự án được đầu tư tại Khu công nghiệp Quế Võ – Khu công nghiệp do KBC làm chủ đầu tư.

Sáng 10/2, Tổng Công ty Phát triển Đô thị Kinh Bắc - CTCP (Mã: KBC) đã tổ chức Đại hội đồng cổ đông bất thường lần 1 năm 2022 với số cổ đông tham dự Đại hội (trực tuyến, trực tiếp hoặc thông qua ủy quyền) là 167 cổ đông, đại diện trên 351 triệu cổ phần, chiếm trên 61,6% cổ phần có quyền biểu quyết. Theo kế hoạch năm 2022, KBC đặt mục tiêu đạt 9.800 tỷ đồng doanh thu hợp nhất và 4.500 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế, lần lượt gấp 2,3 lần và gấp 5 lần so với kết quả năm 2021.

 Chiều 29/12, tại Hà Nội, Phòng Thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam (VCCI) tổ chức Lễ trao tặng danh hiệu “Nữ doanh nhân Việt Nam tiêu biểu - Cúp Bông hồng Vàng” nhân dịp chào mừng Đại hội VCCI lần thứ VII, nhiệm kỳ 2021-2026 và hướng tới kỷ niệm 60 năm thành lập (1963-2023). Bà Nguyễn Thị Thu Hương – Tổng Giám đốc KBC đã vinh dự được trao tặng Danh hiệu này.
