On August 22, 2024, a ceremony was held in Ho Chi Minh City to honor the "50 Best Listed Companies in Vietnam 2023" organized by Forbes Vietnam Magazine in collaboration with a number of units. KBC was one of the 50 enterprises honored at the event.

With the theme "Catching up with the trend", the speakers discussed the prospect of business recovery after a period of volatility, identified opportunities for Vietnamese businesses and economy toward of the technology wave as well as Vietnam's becoming a comprehensive strategic partner with many major economies that would open up new development opportunities.

According to the speakers, technology is the "key" to help Vietnam's economy accelerate and narrow the gap with developed countries. After some historic strategic cooperations, Vietnam is having many opportunities to participate more deeply in the global semiconductor chip production chain.

Therefore, in the discussion "Seizing golden opportunities" session, leading business leaders shared their views and identified opportunities and challenges when breakthrough technologies are having a profound impact on Vietnam's economy. Through this, the leaders have helped many domestic businesses have more expectations when Vietnam deeply participates in the world semiconductor chip industry.

KBC and Top 50 Enterprises

It is known that the "Top 50 best listed companies in 2024" that Forbes Vietnam announced this time was based on the 2023 audited business results report. This is the 12th list made by Forbes Vietnam. The 50 most elite enterprises of the economy last year achieved a total profit after tax of VND 190,831 billion and total revenue of VND 1,296,831 billion. KBC has been honored to be in the TOP 50 best listed companies in Vietnam for many years, showing recognition for the Corporation's persistent and relentless efforts in all circumstances.
