During the trip to accompany Politburo member, General Secretary and President To Lam to attend and speak at the United Nations General Assembly held in New York City (USA), on September 25, 2024 (local time), Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee – Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia witnessed the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee represented by Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province - Mr. Nguyen Le Huy with a consortium of investors selected by the Trump organization including Hung Yen Development Corporation, IDG – US Investment Fund, Horitus – US Investment Fund to build a luxurious, modern and large-scale complex which meets the highest international standards with a total investment of about 1.5 billion USD. The complex includes:

1. The 54-hole Vvip golf course system synchronized with high-class resorts and ultimate villa systems provide the highest level of services according to the highest standards of the Trump organization to serve special events and summits.

2. The 54-hole golf course system according to Trump organization’s standards serves the public and serves the organization of domestic and international tournaments, and the system of hotels and villas with synchronous services will create a highlight to attract tourism and accommodation.

3. Modern urban complexes and housing meet the needs of strong development and contribute to bringing Hung Yen province to a centrally-run city in the near future.

Representatives of the parties participating in the signing were: Mr. Nguyen Le Huy - Standing Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Dang Thanh Tam – Chairman of KBC representing Hung Yen Development Corporation; Mr. Charles and Mr. Billy – representing the two US Investment Funds: IDG and Horitus

Witnessing the signing ceremony were Mr. Ali Rupani - COO of Squared Financial; Mr. Philippe Ghanem - Executive Chairman of Squared Financial; Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Gabriel Sonaca - General Manager of Trump International Hotel and Tower New York; Mr. Dang Nguyen Nam Anh – Assistant Chairman of KBC

On the same day, the 45th President of the United States Donald Trump also witnessed the signing ceremony of cooperation between Trump Organization and Hung Yen Investment Group (owned by KBC).
