On December 12, 2023 afternoon, at Landmark 81 Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City held a Conference on promoting development cooperation in the field of construction between Jiangsu province (China) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). The workshop was organized to strengthen cooperation between the two partners in fields such as construction, infrastructure, construction machinery and real estate investment, ... KBC, along with Chinese partners, participated in signing a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of industrial real estate right at this event.

The two countries including Vietnam and China are trading partners of each other, the bilateral industry and investment chains of the two countries is increasingly stronger and stronger. In recent years, Vietnam and China have gradually developed exchanges and cooperation in the fields of politics, economics and trade, investment, infrastructure construction, healthcare, science and technology, etc and have achieved much success. Vietnam is an important cooperation partner and the largest trade partner in the ASEAN region of Jiangsu province, and is also the 4th largest investment destination in the ASEAN region of Jiangsu province. The Conference on Promotion of Development Cooperation in the Construction Field between Jiangsu Province and Ho Chi Minh City was organized for the parties to seek opportunities for trade cooperation and promote mutually beneficial development.

The Conference was attended by Mr. Bui Hong Minh - Deputy Minister of Construction, Mr. Bui Xuan Cuong - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, etc on the Vietnamese side and Mr. Cui Wei - Deputy Chief Secretary of the People's Government of Jiangsu Province, etc on the Chinese side; and representatives of many large Vietnamese enterprises and companies’ leaders from Jiangsu province (China) in the fields of real estate investment, construction, and design. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, representing KBC, attended this Conference with the purpose of meeting and discussing with companies from Jiangsu province (China). All parties attending created friendly cooperative relationships, contributed to further promoting economic cooperation, trade, investment, and comprehensive development between the two countries Vietnam and China.

In addition, at the Conference, KBC and its Chinese partner - Zhong Yi Feng Group - a large and reputable Chinese construction enterprise, held a signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of industrial real estate. Zhong Yi Feng has been operating in Vietnam for more than 7 years and is the general construction contractor of many large projects in Vietnam, many of which are large industrial factories of investors renting land at KBC's industrial parks.

KBC and Zhong Yi Feng have established a long-term business cooperation relationship based on their experiences and strengths in the fields which both parties are leading in Vietnam. After learning about and witnessing the success of many large construction projects for corporations in industrial parks in which KBC is the investor, the two sides decided to cooperate, focusing on industrial factory solutions, developing industrial park infrastructure and factories for rent with high technology standards, high quality and professional techniques, providing many reliable choices for FDI investors from China and other countries in the region.
