During the trip to accompany Politburo member, General Secretary and President To Lam to attend and speak at the United Nations General Assembly held in New York City (USA), on September 25, 2024 (local time), Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee – Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia witnessed the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee represented by Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province - Mr. Nguyen Le Huy with a consortium of investors selected by the Trump organization including Hung Yen Development Corporation, IDG – US Investment Fund, Horitus – US Investment Fund to build a luxurious, modern and large-scale complex which meets the highest international standards with a total investment of about 1.5 billion USD. The Trump Organization and Hung Yen Hospitality Services Joint Stock Company (Hung Yen Hospitality), a subsidiary of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (HSE: KBC), have announced their collaboration. The venture will focus on developing 5-star hotels, championship-style golf courses, and luxurious residential estates and unparalleled amenities in Vietnam.

On August 22, 2024, a ceremony was held in Ho Chi Minh City to honor the "50 Best Listed Companies in Vietnam 2023" organized by Forbes Vietnam Magazine in collaboration with a number of units. KBC was one of the 50 enterprises honored at the event.

On August 7 afternoon, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation coordinated with People's Committee of Bac Ninh City to organize the groundbreaking of Phase 1 of the Phuc Ninh New Urban Area’s detention basin project. This is an event to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Bac Ninh city (8/8/1954 - 8/8/2024).

On June 19, 2024 morning, at Que Vo Industrial Park – Bac Ninh province, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) successfully held the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Attending the General Meeting were 176 shareholders (including shareholders and authorized representatives of shareholders) representing 420,044,602 shares, equivalent to 420,044,602 votes, accounting for 54.7215% of the total votes of all shareholders. Mr. Dang Thanh Tam – Chairman of the Board of Directors run the General Meeting.

On March 28th, 2024 morning, at Que Vo Industrial Park - Bac Ninh province, Kinh Bac Urban City Development Corporation (KBC) successfully held the first Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024. Attending the General Meeting of Shareholders were 145 shareholders (including shareholders and authorized representatives of shareholders), representing 471,873,187 shares, accounting for 61.4735% of the total 767,604,759 shares, equivalent to 767,604,759 voting rights of all shareholders. Mr. Dang Thanh Tam - Chairman of the Board of Directors ran the Meeting.
