With reference to "companies for workers" of mutual support and love, we - Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) aim to meet the urgent need for housing and ensure residence for workers.
We have included the implementation of social housing projects in the synchronous and sustainable development orientation of the company. Until now, KBC have built 4,000 houses, reaching 7% of the social housing fund nationwide.

On September 14 morning, in the Suzhou city, China, a conference for business meeting and investment promotion of Bac Ninh province was taken place with the participation of nearly 400 delegates. The event was co-organized by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, the Consulate General of Vietnam in Shanghai, China and Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC). Attending the event were: Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province and leaders of the province's Departments, Branches and Sectors; Mr. Nguyen The Tung - Consul General of Vietnam Consulate in Shanghai, China with Chinese Presidents, General Directors, investors and manufacturing and trading enterprises; Representatives of KBC attending were Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - General Director and several KBC leaders.

On 04/07/2023 afternoon, at Le Méridien Taipei Hotel, Taipei City, Taiwan, the Forum "Northern Vietnam – A Strategic Destination For Global Expansion" was held by JLL Consulting Group (Asia-Pacific region) and Katina Kaixin Capital Partners Fund with the participation of 130 Taiwanese enterprises. KBC was invited to attend the Forum as a co-sponsor, and concurrently, KBC leaders participated as Speakers at the event.

In the morning of June 23, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (Security Code: KBC) successfully organized the 2023 General Meeting of Shareholder, the Chairman Dang Thanh Tam was absent because his mother passed away on June 22. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – General Director cum Member of Board of Directors was authorized to chair the meeting. There were 170 attendees (including shareholders and representatives of shareholders) at the meeting, representing for 488,227,850 shares, equivalent to 488,277,850 votes, accounting for 63.6041% total votes.
